The following are current and upcoming settlements that your facility may be eligible for participation:
- Lithium Ion Battery Settlement ($64,500,000) will reimburse any company that purchased products containing lithium ion batteries, including laptops, camcorders, mobile phones and cordless power tools from 2000 through 2011. Deadline: January 19, 2018
- Menactra Vaccine Antitrust Settlement ($61,500,000) will reimburse all entities (such as a medical practice) that purchased Menactra in the U.S. directly from Sanofi Pasteur Inc., its subsidiaries, predecessors or affiliates from March 1, 2010, through Dec. 31, 2014. Deadline: January 18, 2018
- Saline Solution Settlement (No Settlement Yet) will reimburse all entities in the U.S. that directly purchased intravenous saline solution from the defendants since 2013. The defendants include: Baxter International Inc., Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Hospira Inc. and Hospira Worldwide Inc.
- Blood Reagents Settlement ($22,000,000) will reimburse any company that purchased traditional blood reagents in the United States directly from either of the defendants, Ortho or Immucor, during the period Nov. 4, 2000, through Oct. 19, 2015.
