Utility Management Corporation has provided energy management services to the healthcare industry for more than 17 years. UMC contracts with a gas marketer, as agent for the hospital, for a fixed price based on current market conditions. UMC will also provide power management services to any healthcare facility participating in the natural gas management service. This service will include consulting for existing power contracts and new load requirements for additional service.

The fee for energy management services will be negotiated with each individual hospital based on the volume of gas purchased on an annual basis. Additional services offered include electric demand projects and utility bill audits.
