Hagan Newkirk currently manages the employee benefits and/or retirement plans for several AHA members.  They help employers design and implement comprehensive benefit programs and provide on-going education to employees regarding their benefits, as well as retirement and financial planning. 

Hagan Newkirk’s Internet Enrollment and Human Resources Management System provides for paperless enrollment and an ongoing benefit management process.  This allows human resource departments to spend less time on routine administrative tasks and more time on recruiting, training and retaining employees.  This service increases flexibility and communication to the employees, allowing the employer and the employee to get the most out of their benefit package.
